Our process
1 A QUOTE FOR YOUR PROJECT
This first stage is where your idea starts to take shape. We’ll meet with you to discuss your goals and hopes. We want to understand who you are, what you want to achieve, your target market, and the look you want to project. Once we know the scope of the project, we’ll give you a quote. With Oko Media, there are no hidden fees. You’ll know everything in advance.

2 PRODUCTION PLANNING
What do you have to do during the second stage? Not a thing! We will plan and arrange every aspect of the production with one goal in mind: to exceed your expectations. Planning involves:
Writing a script (if required).
Creating a detailed storyboard or shot list.
Designing the lighting and camera movement your project deserves.

3 Filmming
Your shooting day has arrived, and you’re probably a little nervous. But rest assured: we are leaving nothing to chance. We have a detailed plan to ensure the day goes as smoothly as possible. We’ll bring all the appropriate equipment and guide you through every step. We use cinema cameras, lighting, and sound recording equipment to achieve high-standard results.

4 Editing and color grading
While you’re going about with your life, we’ll be hard at work behind the scenes. During this stage, our editors will work on the video to make it have that final look you want. This includes adding free royalty music, transitions, and color adjusting and grading the video.

5 Reviewing and final touches
Do you have to accept whatever we give you? No! We provide a platform for you to review versions of the video and offer feedback at any point so we can adjust it to your taste. We aim to produce a high-quality video that matches every expectation you have.
